On this page we have answers some common questions most clients use to ask us. If you have any particular question that is not answered yet, please, kindly contact us with it.

How long does a transfer take?

Depeding on the method used, it can be instantly or it could take up to 2 hours. If you are sneding to a mobile money account it will instantly hit the beneficiary wallet. If you are sending to a bank account it can take up to 3 hours. We are hard to automate this solution by the end of this year. If you are sending to a cash recipient, the money is instantly available at the pick up point.

Currently we handle China and Ghana

In Which currency will I receive my money?

You receive in the currency of the destination country

What is the currency of my wallet?

For now all wallets are in CNY(¥)

Do I need to register before using your services?

Yes. To remain in line with reglementations of governmenets we need to collect a few infomation from you and your beneficiary. But this is done only once.

What are the limits for sending and receiving?

We do our best to keep the system up and running. This include us monitoring every transaction. Generally you are limited to five(5) transactions per day with a maximum amount of CNY2000.00 per transaction.

How do I top up my wallet / susu account?

It's easy. Make your payment to any of our accounts(WeChat, Mobile Money, Bank, or cash). Log into your account. In your dashboard, click Deposit, then fill the form of your transaction details. It takes few minutes to have the transaction validated.

Can I send airtime with your service?

Yes. In addition, this is automatic. Your beneficiary will have the airtime directly on their phone with no delay.
